Fingerprint cards are required when submitting ARF Form 1 or 4. We can provide printed copies of your fingerprints for submission to the ATF. If you purchase the Form 1 Filing Service from us, or purchase an NFA item from us, this is not required. Once your Form 1 is submitted, you will have a 10 day window for the ATF to receive your fingerprint cards. If they do not receive them within that 10 day window, your form will be disapproved.

Each order will include 2 copies (as required by the ATF) of your fingerprint cards. The cards can either be mailed to you or you can come into the store and pick them up. We can also provide shipping to the ATF if requested for a nominal fee. Shipping the documents to the ATF is only an in store option. IF YOU WOULD LIKE US TO MAIL THE FINGERPRINT CARDS FOR YOU, YOU MUST BRING A PRINTED COPY OF THE COVER LETTER THAT WAS PROVIDE BY THE ATF AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF YOUR FORM 1.

For customers that have submitted multiple Form 1s, the ATF will allow multiple sets of fingerprint cards and cover letters to be sent in the same package. If you would like us to ship multiple cards for you, we will only charge one shipping fee. Be aware that the ATF requires 2 sets of fingerprints per cover letter. If you submit 3 Form 1s, you will need to send the ATF 6 fingerprint cards and 3 cover letters.

Please note: We can only offer this to customers that already have fingerprints on file with Patriots Ammo & Arms. If we do not have your prints on file, you must come in to have them done. Otherwise, if you select the shipping option, we will send you blank fingerprint cards.
