We are now offering a ATF Form 1 E-File filing service to our customers. We will take care of every portion of the form filing. The only thing you will have to do is input your personal information, answer all of the questions on the form and pay the required $200 tax stamp. We do electronic fingerprints at our store and will take the required photo. We are a one stop shop and will not send you all around town to obtain the required fingerprints and passport photo. We will even mail out the CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) copy. Once the form is submitted to the ATF, all you will have to do is wait for the approved tax stamp to be sent to your email.
Each trustee will be required to fill out ATF Responsible Person Questionaire (RPQ) Form 5320.23 and provide fingerprints & passport style photo.
What is a ATF Form 5320.1 (AKA Form 1)?
The ATF Form 5320.1 is used to manufacture and register a National Firearms Act (NFA) firearm.
